Enjoy warm, personalized care from any location with OMNIA’s functional medicine telehealth services.
We use Doxy.Me to offer private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments. You can access the platform on most computers or mobile devices, no software download required.
This service is primarily for follow-up consultations with established patients, but we are also happy to meet new patients virtually for an initial consult.
How It Works
Schedule a Consult
Call our clinic at (605) 271-1020. We’ll collect your email address or phone number to send you an appointment link.
Day of Appointment
The front desk will call at least two hours prior to the appointment to confirm and gather updated payment and demographic information.
Time of Appointment
The nurse will call at the scheduled time of the appointment and gather the most recent vital signs, medications, allergies, etc. They will also send you our telehealth consent form.
Meet with Practitioner
Your practitioner will send you a link. You can also click on the badge below to get to the virtual waiting room. Make sure your video/audio is enabled by following the steps on the waiting room page, then your provider will begin the conference.
Pricing
Telehealth costs are the same as our in-office visits:- New Patient Consult: $400
- Follow-Up Visit: $200
